Job Scope:

  • Manage payroll processing and work pass administration.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
  • Handle inquiries and resolve payroll discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (CPF, taxes, etc.).
  • Handle applications, renewals, cancellations, and appeals for work passes.
  • Track expiry dates and ensure timely renewals.
  • Liaise with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) on work pass matters.
  • Maintain and update employee records.
  • Assist in HR reporting and audits.
  • Support employee inquiries on payroll and work pass matters.
  • Identify and implement process improvements in payroll and work pass management.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes.

Requirements:

  • Experience in payroll processing and work pass management.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in HR and payroll software.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and confidentiality.
