Job Scope:
- Manage payroll processing and work pass administration.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Handle inquiries and resolve payroll discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (CPF, taxes, etc.).
- Handle applications, renewals, cancellations, and appeals for work passes.
- Track expiry dates and ensure timely renewals.
- Liaise with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) on work pass matters.
- Maintain and update employee records.
- Assist in HR reporting and audits.
- Support employee inquiries on payroll and work pass matters.
- Identify and implement process improvements in payroll and work pass management.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes.
Requirements:
- Experience in payroll processing and work pass management.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in HR and payroll software.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and confidentiality.
