Finance Business Partner, FP&A Partnering

Finance Business Partner (FP&A Partnering) role with an Innovative High Growth Energy MNC

With a continued clear mandate to drive new market growth opportunities; our client is looking to hire a dynamic, go-getting Finance Business Partner who will act as a trusted finance partner across functional stakeholders, whilst being very hands on with the daily FP&A budgeting forecasting and reporting activities.

The ideal profile should have proven depth of FP&A business partnering, supporting the business units and board with collaboration on projects, defining of business strategies, preparation of strategic analysis including financial modelling for simulation of different competitor / regulatory scenarios; as well as long term financial viability and continued internationalization expansion of the business.

Leading the full suite of FP&A processes focused on reporting and forecasting financial and operational results, preparing the budget and business plan exercises and executing on ad-hoc business analysis will be required.

Skills/Experience:

• 6 - 8 years of proven FP&A business partnering experience
• Candidates from Energy, Energy / Construction Management, Infrastructure Developer, or Healthcare / Technology Project Management industries will be highly preferred
• Advanced skills in Excel, VBA, financial modeling skills would be a plus.
• Ability to take ownership for delivering projects with a high degree of autonomy
• Collaboration skills and ability to work well both as part of a team and independently
• Excellent time management skills and demonstrated record of working on a number of projects simultaneously
• High proficiency in terms of written and verbal communication skills; ability to understand and explain complex concepts in clear and succinct manner
