About the Role:
A leading global provider of cybersecurity and technology solutions is seeking a VP of Sales to spearhead growth across Southeast Asia. This is a pivotal role, with a strong focus on hands-on leadership for the first six months, aimed at driving business growth through strategic partnerships and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop OEM Partnerships: Identify and sign up OEM partners to expand the company's market reach and product portfolio.
- Brand Expansion: Increase brand presence and visibility across Southeast Asia by driving targeted initiatives.
- P&L Management: Oversee the financial performance of the region, ensuring profitability and growth in line with strategic objectives.
- Sales Leadership: Lead the sales strategy development and execution to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Client Engagement: Engage with clients, partners, and OEMs across SEA, with regular travel required.
Requirements:
- Sales Leadership Experience: A proven track record of success in sales leadership and business development, particularly within Southeast Asia.
- OEM Partnership Development: Experience building and managing partnerships with OEMs to drive business growth.
- Regional Market Expertise: Strong understanding of the Southeast Asian market dynamics, with an ability to navigate and grow in a competitive landscape.
- Financial Acumen: Demonstrated ability to manage P&L, ensuring financial sustainability and growth.
- Willingness to Travel: Must be willing to travel extensively across the region to meet with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
