POSTION SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive with a proven track record in selling SaaS and AI software solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong relationships within the financial, insurance, and education sectors and a clear understanding of how to effectively implement software products in the Singapore market. This role requires a proactive self-starter who can independently manage and grow sales within their territory, leveraging their network and sales acumen to drive revenue growth.

RESPONSIBLIITIES:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate the financial, insurance, and education sectors in Singapore.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target accounts.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
  • Provide product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring contract terms are favorable to our company.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
  • Work closely with the post-sales team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports, including pipeline updates and forecast accuracy.
  • Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation to account maintenance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in SaaS or AI software solutions.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the financial, insurance, or education sectors.
  • Strong network and relationships within the Singapore market, particularly in the target sectors.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Mandarin.
  • Ability to understand and articulate complex software solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to sales.
  • Experience in managing a sales pipeline and using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to track and forecast sales.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in selling enterprise software solutions in the Asia-Pacific region.
  • Knowledge of the Singaporean regulatory landscape for software implementation in financial services, insurance, and education.
  • A deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the SaaS and AI software market.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with company goals.
