Our Client:
Our client is one of the top Japanese companies. They are currently looking for a Business Planning Manager, Finance & Accounting to join their Singapore team. Proficiency in Japanese language is required to smoothly and effectively communicate and present to Japanese Native Stakeholders and Customers.
The Responsibilities:
- Head the management accounting and finance operations
- Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and accuracy
- Ensure timely and accurate management reporting and presentation to Japanese native internal stakeholders and clients
- Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), tax regulations, and other relevant financial regulations
- Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team
- Review and develop improvement plans and strategy
The Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting or a relevant degree with at least 5 years of accounting/ finance experience
- Experience in financial analysis or experience in a managerial role is preferred
- Proficiency in Japanese language to smoothly and effectively communicate and present to Japanese Native Stakeholders and Customers
- Positive working attitude with ability to work with deadlines
