Job Description

Your Primary Responsibilities:

  • Client Champion: Manage and champion a portfolio of clients, understanding their priorities, and helping them achieve their objectives with Truescope.
  • Build Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with our existing clients, ensuring they receive top-notch service and advocating for their future success.
  • Media Maverick: Educate new clients about Truescope's cutting-edge media intelligence capabilities, and inspire them to harness the full potential of our dashboard and solutions.
  • Team Player: Collaborate seamlessly with internal stakeholders to ensure our clients receive unparalleled value at every turn.
  • Influential Communicator: Showcase your skills in facilitating meetings with client stakeholders across the spectrum, from analysts to C-suite executives.

Job Requirements

  • A minimum bachelor's degree in Business (preferably in communications or marketing) or a related discipline.
  • Juggling multiple projects and meeting deadlines is second nature to you.
  • Your meticulous and task-oriented approach ensures nothing falls through the cracks.
  • A track record of 2-3 years in business development, account management/client success, or client-servicing roles, with a history of exceeding retention/churn quotas or adoption targets.
  • Customer-facing experience within the SaaS/Software industry is a big plus.
  • Experience in media/advertising/PR/Communications/marketing will set you apart from the rest.
