We have been retained by a prominent Asian family-owned conglomerate with diversified interests in commodities, manufacturing, consumer services, and more, to appoint a strategic and forward-thinking Group Head of HR to shape and develop the people & culture strategy for the Group. The Group, founded on the belief that innovation is essential, has achieved sustained growth by valuing its people as its most valuable asset. This role is located in Singapore.

Reporting into the Group CEO based in Singapore, the Group Head of HR will be the trusted advisor to the leadership C-suite team where he/she will play an instrumental role in shaping and developing people & culture strategy and execution, leading all areas including People Success (People Operations, Talent & Organisation Development, Total Rewards and People Business Partner) and Recruiting Functions. The Group has grown quickly over the last decade and plans to continue to grow through M&As while maintaining culture, embracing development, and building scalable people-oriented policies. The Group Head of HR is empowered to make data-driven decisions, and deliver transparent and people first programs. You will have an unparalleled opportunity to be at the front seat of shaping the Group's evolution and growth globally. Additionally, as the family's fourth generation enters the group, this role will be expected to serve as a mentor to them.

We are ideally looking for a HR leader with a strong track record in supporting and driving a high growth and fast paced organization within manufacturing or similar sector, ideally with Asia Pacific experience. As a proven HR leader with at least 15 years of leadership experience, you have a broad knowledge of HR capabilities and best practices, coupled the ability to develop and execute insightful and meaningful HR strategies to support an evolving and dynamic organisation. You have a consultative and engaging personality, and able to influence and partner with the board and the leadership team. You have prior experience managing and developing a high performing HR team and ideally benefit from having extensive cross-cultural work experience, being culturally sensitive.
