Job Title: Operations Manager – Luxury Massage & Spa

Location: Jurong (Singapore)

Job Overview:

  • Our client operates multiple luxury spa branches in Singapore. They are looking to hire 2 x Spa Operations Managers who can oversee and elevate the daily functions of their spas.
  • Working hours 5 days 44 hours a week, fully onsite.
  • Annual leave of 10 days + 1 day per additional year of service (cap at 14 days).
  • Singaporeans or Singapore PRs preferred due to quota limitations *

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily spa operations, ensuring the highest levels of service and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage, train, and motivate team of 30 staff, ensuring adherence to spa protocols and customer care standards.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve service delivery and efficiency.
  • Monitor inventory, supplies, and procurement to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to drive customer engagement and retention strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the spa environment.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, financial reporting, and operational forecasts.
  • Foster a positive work environment that enhances employee satisfaction and productivity.
  • Maintain the spa’s upmarket image through attention to detail in service quality, cleanliness, and customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years in a management role within the luxury or wellness sector.
  • Diploma or Degree not required.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Prior spa management experience will be given priority consideration
