Job Description:

  • Lead sales efforts to drive growth for QingLing Commercial Electric Vehicles.
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to establish QingLing’s brand in Singapore’s commercial EV market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fleet operators, and partners.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships focused on sustainable transportation.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to adjust strategies.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic plans to management.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by offering tailored solutions and post-sale support.
  • Represent the brand at trade shows, events, and conferences.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in commercial vehicle industry.
  • Familiarity with electric vehicles, particularly in commercial applications, is a plus.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Business acumen with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of developing successful sales plans.
  • Valid driver’s license.

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, actively and professionally resolve customer feedback.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors and latest SsangYong vehicles offerings and promotions.

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
