Job Responsibilities:
- Support daily operations of the bakeshop, including store administration and customer service.
- Deliver excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for all guests.
- Manage orders and coordinate with the kitchen for daily production.
- Professionally handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to maintain optimal stock.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in service staff and store operations.
- Knowledge of coffee making is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks.
- Passion for baked goods and eagerness to learn about our products.
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office for planning and coordination.
- Flexible availability to work on weekends and public holidays on a rotating shift basis.
