  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support daily operations of the bakeshop, including store administration and customer service.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for all guests.
  • Manage orders and coordinate with the kitchen for daily production.
  • Professionally handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to maintain optimal stock.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience in service staff and store operations.
  • Knowledge of coffee making is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks.
  • Passion for baked goods and eagerness to learn about our products.
  • Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office for planning and coordination.
