Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing / Construction
• Position Title: Project Admin
• Working Location: Senoko
• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday, 8.30 AM – 6 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $2,200 + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Report to the Project Director regarding project documentation, timeline tracking, and resource management.
• Keep accurate project records and ensure all reports meet project criteria and client needs.
• Attend client meetings and help the Project Manager with project coordination, including site visits as necessary.
• Foster and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with both the project team and clients.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Minimum GCE O Level, NITEC or equivalent
• Competent with Excel, Word and other Microsoft Applications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project would be an added advantage
