Established in 1972, Dover Court International School in Singapore is a leading inclusive international school with British heritage, serving international families, set on a green 12-acre site about 20 minutes from the Singapore CBD. Dover Court International School is a community with inclusion at its heart. In our Early Years we use a Reggio Emilia inspired approach. In Primary we are guided by the National Curriculum for England and the International Primary Curriculum. In Secondary we have IGCSE/GCSE, the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme and International BTEC qualifications. We also offer courses that focus on English, mathematics, life skills and employability through ASDAN programmes.

All students are involved in a wide range of co-curricular activities, mainly run by teaching staff. Resulting in a rich and varied co-curricular offer for our students, with our school active and competitive in the local international school sports league across a number of sports. The school has an extensive programme of residential trips starting in Year 3 up to the Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award in Secondary.

We are also members of the Federation of British International Schools in Asia (FOBISIA) and are accredited by the Council of International Schools (CIS) and the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC).

Job Description

You will be responsible for creating an outstanding experience for parents and students through the Purchase phase of the Family Experience Journey (FEJ), as families progress from initial enquiry through to and including the child’s first day at school, thereby maximising the conversion of leads into new starters.

Job Responsibilities

  • Guide parents and students through the admissions process, making the experience positive, straightforward and engaging throughout.
  • Build an understanding of each family’s needs and interests throughout the Family Experience Journey.
  • Drive conversion at each stage of the pipeline by maintaining a focus on ‘closing’ towards the next step.
  • Ensure that the school's brand and core messages are integrated throughout the Purchase process.
  • Support the school DAM throughout the re-enrolment process to optimize the retention of existing students and families.
  • Ensure the school's admissions processes adhere to any group policies and local market regulations
  • Manage data capture and lead management throughout our CRM system.
  • Work with the DAM to review school enrolment data, identify opportunities and risks and develop plans to unlock and mitigate.
  • Provide appropriate leadership, coaching and best practice sharing to other members of the Admissions and wider school team.
  • Take a proactive approach to personal development planning using company toolkits and procedures as appropriate.

Experience / Knowledge/ Skills

  • Minimum 5 years working in sales or service delivery sector
  • Good cross-cultural, interpersonal & interpersonal & communication skills and an affinity for interacting with diverse nationalities and cultures.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Excellent time management skills and flexibility in deaking with multi-functional tasks.
  • Experience of working with a CRM and / or IMS
