The role is about:
As Channels and Partners business development Director, you will be leading partners’ recruiting and on-going corporate relationships
Responsibilities
- Undertake the company's strategy in the SEA region, and responsible for the implementation of business strategy.
- Responsible for the overall strategic planning and regional operation of the SEA region
- Leading the translation of partnerships strategy and derived partners’ recruiting process within the organization.
- To develop strong relationships with partners and connect with key business executives.
- Ensuring partnerships success by maintain strong and positive relationships with partners.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in partners management, including recruiting, governance, on- going monitoring and relationship management.
- Proven experience within a software company of recruiting various types of GTM and technology partners
- Deep understanding of partners ecosystem, types of partners, motivation, business model, strengths and weaknesses, etc.
- Communicating effectively with partners to resolve issues, provide support, and foster long-term relationships.
- Ability to work and execute in a 'matrix' structure with many other units.
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build and maintain a network of relationships within the organization and outside of it.
- Self-starter, proactive and accountable who can excel in a fast-paced, highly demanding, and fluid and uncertain environment.
- Bilingual(English&Chinese) Speaking is mandatory
