Responsibilities

  • Performance Management Policies, Processes and Procedures: Design, review and implement performance management policies, processes, and procedures to ensure fair, objective and consistent PM practices.
  • Annual Performance Management Coordination and Reporting: Plan, coordinate and implement the University's annual performance management exercises and operations.
  • Organisational Performance Management Reviews and Calibration: Collaborate with relevant stakeholders such as HR Business Partners, HR policy owners to implement calibration and organizational performance reviews.
  • Performance Management Platform and System Management: Work with relevant stakeholders such as system owners, HR users to oversee related performance management system design, requirements gathering, workflow redesign etc.
  • Consultancy and Guidance: Provide internal consultancy services and guidance to stakeholders on matters concerning performance management and performance improvement. This includes putting together organizational-level reports on key performance management outcomes, trend analysis etc. to update stakeholders such as senior management, Heads of Departments etc.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent with at least 5 years of relevant Performance Management experience.
  • Expertise in Performance Management: Deep understanding of performance management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Project Management: Proficiency in planning, coordinating, and executing performance management projects and initiatives.
  • Consultancy and Advisory Skills: Capability to provide guidance and consultancy services to stakeholders on performance-related matters.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey performance management concepts effectively.
  • Analytical Skills: Aptitude for monitoring, tracking, and analyzing performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
