Job Profile Summary

Join us in the midst of a rapid and exciting transformation! We are driving a customer-centric strategy, adopting new technologies, revamping our digital platforms, and building new digital capabilities.

The Distribution Digital Enablement team is at the forefront of our digital agenda. We design innovative solutions, solve complex problems, prioritize backlogs, and develop a clear roadmap for future digital initiatives.

As part of this dynamic team, you will support the Digital Transformation Lead in transforming our financial planning and point of sales platform. You will drive the ideation, development and iteration of product features, and play a crucial role in stakeholder management and change management to ensure maximum adoption of new capabilities and platforms across our channels.

Job Description

  • Drive the continuous ideation, development, launching, and iteration of product features on web and app platforms
  • Gather and analyze feedback from stakeholders and users to identify areas of improvement and spearhead research on new features
  • Innovate to enhance user experience and explore integration opportunities with other systems
  • Envision and design end-to-end business processes and journeys
  • Provide business logic recommendations and solutions aligned with business objectives
  • Understand and represent the business unit to articulate business value and prioritise product features
  • Collaborate closely with PACS Technology, Customer, Compliance, and Risk teams to ensure quality delivery
  • Work with Business Analysts to capture business requirements accurately and drive the review and approval of user stories.
  • Actively participate in planning meetings with Tech Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Engineers to clarify business requirements and prioritize the backlog.
  • Oversee delivery quality by collaborating closely with Engineering and Quality Assurance teams during UAT reviews, sign-offs and live verification to ensure operational readiness for each release
  • Prepare training and communication materials for new launches to ensure business readiness and drive adoption.
  • Monitor project progress, provide updates, and escalate risks and issues as needed, following up on actionable items and mitigations.
  • Communicate product updates, milestones, and priorities to internal and external stakeholders.


Who We Are Looking For

Competencies & Personal Traits

  • Excellent skills in MS Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles with experience in conducting user research and incorporating feedback.
  • Strong understanding of project governance, execution, and risk management standards.
  • Ability to think creatively and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to take ownership and be accountable for results.
  • Ability to leverage data to drive decisions and improvements.
  • Logical, detail-minded, and proactive in identifying and addressing issues.
  • Strong command of English with excellent written, analytical, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail, ability to organize complex situations, and manage multiple tasks within tight timelines.

  • Effective team player who is self-driven and able to work independently

Working Experience

  • At least 3 - 5 years of experience in digital transformation projects, digital product management, business analyst related roles in the financial/insurance sector preferred
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
