Nacos Marine Singapore is looking for Project Coordinator to join our team.

About the position:
As a Project Coordinator you will perform administrative and clerical duties for NACOS Marine Singapore.
In this position, your work will focus on these responsibilities:
- Scheduling meetings, appointments and deliverables.
- Assist with travel arrangements according to company regulation(s)
- Preparing and editing documents, reports and presentations.
- Assist with projects financials (accounting and book-keeping tasks) using SAP.
- Assist with project related purchase using SAP
- Ordering and managing office supplies
- Assist with project related deliveries
- Welcome visitors and clients and assist with the preparation of meeting room, presentations etc
- Write meeting memos
- Supporting other staff members and departments as needed
- Diploma in office administration, business administration, or related field
- Min 2 years work experiences in similar position
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent planning and time management skills
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle pressure and deadlines
- Capable of adjusting to a dynamic business environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Planning tools, SAP etc
