Nacos Marine Singapore is looking for Project Coordinator to join our team.

This is a permanent opportunity, located at Jurong East, Singapore.

About the position:

As a Project Coordinator you will perform administrative and clerical duties for NACOS Marine Singapore.

In this position, your work will focus on these responsibilities:

  • Scheduling meetings, appointments and deliverables.
  • Assist with travel arrangements according to company regulation(s)
  • Preparing and editing documents, reports and presentations.
  • Assist with projects financials (accounting and book-keeping tasks) using SAP.
  • Assist with project related purchase using SAP
  • Ordering and managing office supplies
  • Assist with project related deliveries
  • Welcome visitors and clients and assist with the preparation of meeting room, presentations etc
  • Write meeting memos
  • Supporting other staff members and departments as needed

To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:

  • Diploma in office administration, business administration, or related field
  • Min 2 years work experiences in similar position
  • Good interpersonal skills with ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent planning and time management skills
  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle pressure and deadlines
  • Capable of adjusting to a dynamic business environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Planning tools, SAP etc
