Responsibilities
1. Capable of exploring game features and creatively designing community activities and topics to cultivate a unique community culture.
2. Skilled in identifying user needs, guiding users in creating UGC and discovering, engaging, and managing KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders).
3. Organize and analyze community data, collect player feedback; appropriately address and follow up on community hotspots to provide developers with user opinions.
4. Monitor public opinion across all platforms; respond effectively to various unexpected situations and ensure positive community reputation
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree or above; over 2 years of experience in game operation, especially user/community experience.
· Exhibit a profound comprehension in mobile RPGs such as AFK Arena, Raid Shadow Legends, Epic 7, and Honkai Star Rail.
· Strong game data analysis ability, deep understanding of player behaviours on different social media channels
· Possesses a keen sensitivity to identifying and refining high-quality content; excels at capturing innovative and trending topics on different platforms.
