Job Description

• Take charge of the online journey across marketplaces and retailer.com for SEA markets, overseeing the navigation, Shop in Shop, and product pages.

• Ensure that the technology is presented with precision and excellence across the pages on marketplaces and retailer.com, and create design content suited to different platform capabilities.

• Ensure timely publication of all new products, sales campaigns, and product pages in coordination with market business leads.

• Take an initiative in proposing ways to maximize brand visibility on the platforms, particularly during new product launches and campaign periods.

• Collaborate with the local designer in developing wireframes to banner content.

• Collaborate with the Group eCommerce team / APAC digital demand team to generate new content as needed to enhance the user journey.

• Work closely with the Digital Analyst to assess onsite performance, test, learn, and execute optimization.

• Establish KPIs and make certain that activities are optimized to attain them.

• Regularly evaluate and report on competitors' activities, pricing, search terms, and market trends.

• Lead the monthly call to share knowledge and seek support through digital retail community calls.

The Successful Applicant

• Experience and Education

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field is necessary.

• At least 3 years of experience in content management in an eCommerce business is necessary.

• Experience in marketplaces and e-commerce platforms in SEA, such as Lazada, Shopee, Tokopedia, Amazon, is preferred but not mandatory.

• Expertise in Webmaster, HTML, CSS is essential.

• Skills and Competencies o Capable of working independently.

• A self-starter with a proactive attitude, ability to work well in a team, and manage multiple stakeholders.

• Enthusiastic about the digital world and the potential of UX & UI to increase traffic & sales.

• Results-oriented and willing to take action to achieve objectives.

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Proven strategic and analytical abilities.

• Extremely detail-oriented and meticulous.
