A global luxury brand client is seeking a Regional Private Client Relations Manager for the SEA & AUNZ markets to join its regional hub in Singapore.
This role focuses on expanding and nurturing relationships with highly affluent and elite clients within the luxury sector. Ideal for a sales-driven professional with a keen ability to build (ultra) high-net-worth client portfolios and deliver high-touch experiences, this position offers an exciting opportunity to grow the brand's presence across diverse markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify, target, and recruit highly affluent and elite clients through exclusive networks, events, and partnerships within the luxury industry
- Develop and execute strategic action plans to drive quarterly sales, with a focus on increasing client acquisition and retention
- Cultivate strong, long-term relationships by delivering bespoke, personalised client experiences that reflect the high standards of the luxury sector
- Collaborate with global and regional teams to design and execute high-end events and tailor-made engagements for the highly exclusive and affluent clients
- Track, analyse, and report on sales activities, client interactions, and the overall success of key client strategies
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 years' experience in the luxury industry, specifically in sales or client relationship management roles, with a proven track record of engaging UHNWI
- Demonstrated success in hunting for new business opportunities and consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate complex relationships and engage with high-profile clients discreetly and professionally
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills, combined with the ability to close sales and drive client loyalty through tailored services
- Flexibility to travel and accommodate non-standard working hours to meet the needs of clients across the region
