Reporting to Team Lead, IPO Admission, this position is responsible for
- Process Mainboard and Catalist IPO, RTO, GDR, issue manager/financial adviser accreditation and sponsor applications
- Acquired well developed ability to detect non compliance of listing rules and confident in responding to queries and providing advice on simple to moderate listing matters
- Acquired initiative and able to exercise good judgement in processing and prioritising Mainboard and Catalist IPO, RTO, GDR, issue manager/financial adviser accreditation and sponsor applications within the requisite KPI timelines
- Monitor compliance with listing rules and liaise with regulators and professionals on regulatory issues
- Process simple to moderate Mainboard and Catalist IPO, RTO, GDR, issue manager/financial adviser accreditation and sponsor applications within relevant timeframe
- Attend meetings concerning his/her portfolio and be able to address the main issues during the meetings and take minutes of such matters
- Contribute to initiatives for fine-tuning and enhancing the listing framework to support product and market growth and development and to sustain market relevant regulations and to retain first mover advantage
- Contribute to initiatives for maintaining/improving appropriate and relevant systems, procedures and databases to ensure effective and efficient execution of IPO Admissions functions
- Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders from business units to listing applicants and market professionals including investment bankers, solicitors, auditors and other regulators
Job requirements
- A good degree in Law, Finance or Economics. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, and on-the-job training will be provided.
- Sharp, meticulous and accurate in reviewing and processing information.
- Able to effectively convey and communicate decisions and information clearly and accurately (both verbal and written).
- Team player with ability to work independently as required.
- Enjoys a fast-paced, challenging and exciting work environment.
- Able to engage effectively and confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
