Job Description:

  • Provide robust support for the end-to-end (E2E) processing of Fixed Income Products, including Note Issuance.
  • Responsible for E2E processing, ensuring smooth completion and settlement of daily operations for Bonds/Repos.
  • Perform validation for all Bond/Repo trades against source documents in Murex and/or Front Arena systems.
  • Execute pre-settlement confirmations with counterparties.
  • Liaise with local T&M branches, CBG, WMO, or Common Depositories regarding fixing or settlement, where necessary.
  • Perform month-end bond holdings reconciliation between Murex and Custodians/Common Depositories.
  • Ensure compliance with general banking and statutory requirements, as well as internal and regulatory compliance.
  • Provide strong support and high service levels to all stakeholders and clients.
  • Engage with managers to offer ideas and solutions in the area of risk management.
  • Involve in data and business analytics to support business growth.
  • Leverage data analytics and support data-driven operating models (e.g., Value Map) to achieve predefined outcomes.
  • Foster collaboration across various support units and T&M business by managing through the journey.|

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Treasury Operations.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues caused by hardware, operating systems, software, or network failures.
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude.
  • Knowledge of market and industry requirements for settlement and issuance of Debt Securities Instruments.
  • Familiarity with derivative products that may be embedded in Notes structures.
