Our esteemed client, an established company, is searching for a Customer Service Officer:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service by representing the company in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Identify and respond to customer needs, offering accurate information and advice.
  • Address customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and ensure timely follow-up for resolution.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, such as customers, contractors, workshops, and others.
  • Prepare quotations and raise Work Orders.
  • Liaise with controllers and contractors on service/repair quality and pricing.
  • Follow up on vehicle service/repair progress with workshops and contractors, and provide updates to customers.
  • Update customers on the service schedule and vehicle collection status.
  • Conduct basic investigations into customer complaints and provide recommendations within guidelines.
  • Escalate pressing issues to supervisors as necessary.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisors.


Job Requirements:

  • Minimum O-Level qualification.
  • Relevant experience in customer service, administrative, or support functions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous.


Additional Information:

  • Working Location: Senoko (Company Pick-up at Admiralty MRT)
  • Working Hours: 5.25 Days, Mon to Fri - 8:30AM - 05:30PM/ Alternate Saturday- 8:30AM - 12:30PM
  • Salary: Basic Up to $2,600 + OT + AWS + Variable Bonus
