Project Manager (SaaS start up)

Our client is a young but fast-growing VC-backed cyber security startup helping organisations continuously discover vulnerabilities. They are obsessed with building cybersecurity technology to help prevent breaches.

We are looking for an ambitious Project Manager to help us support the delivery of key engineering projects. Based in Singapore.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage the entire project lifecycle, from planning and structuring the project roadmap to overseeing development and achieving successful delivery.
• Work closely with stakeholders to develop a unified product vision and convert it into actionable strategies.
• Facilitate smooth collaboration across diverse teams (engineering, design, research, etc.) to ensure projects stay on course and meet critical objectives.

Requirements:

• Over 4 years of experience leading projects with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, technical startup or scaled software environment.
• Skilled in using industry-standard collaboration tools such as Jira, Figma, etc.
• Strong understanding of technical constraints and trade-offs involved in product decisions.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely completion within scope.
• Demonstrated ability to anticipate risks and proactively implement solutions to keep projects on course.
• A data-oriented approach, utilizing metrics and KPIs to evaluate project performance and guide decision-making.
• Some familiarity with cybersecurity or experience working at a cybersecurity product company.
• Experienced in working within a startup environment.
