Responsibilities:
- Responsible for creating, editing, proofreading contents to ensure it is clear, engaging and aligned with the brand’s voice and objectives.
- Works closely with various teams to produce high-quality written material for different platforms (e.g. marketing campaigns, website, social media, blogs etc.)
- Research: Conduct research on industry-related topics and keeping abreast with the industry trends and best practices to enhance content quality.
- Content Creation: Write clear, compelling and grammatically correct contents in addition to developing creative concepts and content strategies that align with the goals.
- Editing and Proofreading: Edit and proofread contents to ensure contents are free of grammatical errors, accurate and meet the expected quality standards while ensuring it is consistent with the brand’s style guide.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the cross-functional teams to develop cohesive and effective content strategies.
- Content Management: Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms and ensuring that contents are optimised for search engines (SEO)
