Regional Marketing Specialist (Brand and Communications)

Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Regional Marketing Specialist (Brand and Communications):

Job Summary

This position is responsible for coordinating and executing marketing communications for B2C and B2B products across the Southeast Asia region, including Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines, and Vietnam. Reporting to the Head of Department, the role is crucial in collaborating with Digital and PR teams to strengthen the brand.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with regional business units to develop and implement marketing strategies and content for product launches.
• Work with cross-functional teams to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, boosting brand presence, lead generation, and sales conversions.
• Develop engaging content for both offline and online platforms.
• Plan and manage events to enhance regional brand visibility.
• Ensure brand guidelines are strictly adhered to across all marketing materials.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Stay informed on industry best practices and trends to maintain cutting-edge marketing communications.
• Manage vendors to ensure expenses stay within budget and all deliverables are met on time and within communication guidelines.
  
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Min 2-5 years of experience in regional marketing communications, with a track record of creating impactful campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to adapt messages for different audiences.
• Strong project management skills, with experience handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.
• Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach to marketing.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Cultural awareness and ability to collaborate with diverse teams across the region.

Additional Information:

• Salary: Up to SGD 5,000 +AWS +VB (Around 2-3 Months)
