  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Our client, a Multinational Technology Company, is looking for an #AccountManager to join their Sales Team which focus is on enabling businesses to grow by connecting them to customers across its platforms using their advertising solutions.

This full-time role is based in our Singapore office.

8-months contract role

Responsibilities:

  • Master of client's business solutions for companies of all sizes, and tailor recommendations quickly to address the unique needs of clients.
  • Drive revenue growth by providing strategic guidance and educational support to key clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with advertisers to enhance business performance across client's platforms through the implementation of best practices and improved ad campaign outcomes.
  • Promptly identify and resolve account issues.
  • Collect feedback from advertisers to inform the development of current and future ad solutions.
  • Partner with various teams within client's sales and other departments to drive revenue and enhance client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Background in account management, digital marketing, or sales, ideally with experience in the eCommerce sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets on a regular basis.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and influence skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships with clients across all organizational levels.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while ensuring attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is essential, as the role involves working with clients who primarily conduct business in Mandarin.
  • Fluency in Cantonese is an added advantage, as the role may involve working with clients whose primary business language is Cantonese.
