  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

We are partnering a global bank that is committed to delivering exceptional services and innovative solutions to its clients. Due to continuous growth agenda, it is now looking to hire for a Regional Head of End User Services to join its dynamic team.


Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Head of Infrastructure, you will lead and manage all end user services across the APAC region, focusing on enhancing client communication tools, collaboration platforms, and user experience. Leading a geographically distributed team, you develop and drive the strategy for end-user services, including product vision, roadmaps, and go-to-market strategies. You oversee full product lifecycle, deployment, provision and ensuring high quality of automation and operational efficiency.


Requirements:

Degree qualified, you are a seasoned technology leader with at least 20 years' of experience in managing complex infrastructure environment. You have proven team leadership experience with strong technical know-how in end-user services, VDI, Active Directory, messaging platforms, and cloud-based collaboration tools. Strong experience in managing vendor and project portfolio management is required. You possess strong communication stakeholder management and leadership quality.
