Job Summary:
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day site activities, ensuring that construction projects are executed smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with the project team, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all tasks are completed on time, within scope, and adhere to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee on-site construction activities and project schedules.
- Assist the Project Manager in planning, executing, and closing construction projects.
- Communicate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor project progress and report any issues or delays to the Project Manager.
- Ensure that all work complies with safety, regulatory, and company standards.
- Assist in managing documentation such as contracts, permits, project drawings, and other related paperwork.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of construction tools and equipment on-site.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with project specifications.
- Facilitate coordination meetings with various stakeholders to resolve issues and track project progress.
- Handle any on-site issues or emergencies and escalate them as needed.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on project status.

Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in construction project coordination.
- Familiarity with construction processes, materials, and regulations in Singapore.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Knowledge of Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- A driving license is preferred.
