  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities

- Perform daily internal audit for retail outlets and central kitchens

- Ensure food produced is safe and fit for consumption as well as of good quality

- Ensure personal hygiene and cleanliness of food processing facilities and premises are of high standards

- Troubleshooting of non-conformance

- Planning of food sampling, surface, and hand swabs

- Provide feedback to management on how to continually improve our internal food safety management system

- Engagement with external auditor/inspector and vendors with regards to food safety and hygiene

- Updating and maintenance of food safety & hygiene manual, documents, and files

- Review, update and/or develop SOPs

- Any other ad-hoc projects assigned by superior

Job Requirement:

- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science/Food Production

- Candidates with relevant knowledge, training, and experience in food safety management systems like HACCP/SS590/ISO22000 (WSQ qualifications/prior working experience/internal audit courses) would also be advantage.

- Good communication skills

- Vigilant and meticulous

- Self-motivated and able to work independently with a high level of initiative and resourcefulness

- Must be willing to work & respond to the outlet team's requirements, pick up calls at non-working hours
