Job Responsibilities
- Engage job seekers and potential applicants who walk-in at the Talent Hub or head-hunt applicants through various sourcing channels.
- Assist with enquiries of applicants and new hires at Talent Hub or through pre-selection sessions.
- Update and consolidate the applicants’ information in the database system used.
- Disseminate shortlisted applicants to Departments for review and track outcome.
- Prepare and generate reports on hiring status.
- Schedule interviews for shortlisted applicants and follow-up on the outcome.
- Manage the interview process to ensure arrangements for interviews including availability of rooms and equipment are ready for use.
- Review job descriptions and job requirements for posting on the external job boards.
- Check for headcount approvals with Talent Operations and advise hiring departments.
- Advertise positions on advertisement channels, monitor process and track data.
- Manage advertising packages for external job boards.
- Manage resumes from online job boards and Career Mailbox.
- Partner with Hiring Managers on the recruitment process by sourcing, screening and provide interview evaluations and tracking the
- status of the candidates.
- Participate in local and overseas recruitment activities and events.
- Participate in recruitment fairs and recruitment efforts to build pipeline for the departments.
- Prepare weekly status report/ dashboard to facilitate the resume tracking process.
- Diploma/Degree Education Experience
- with at least two years of recruitment experience required. Applicants with prior experience as a recruitment consultant or those with prior HR experience in large multinational companies will have an advantage for the role. Other Prerequisites
- Discreet and able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive personnel information.
- Possess good people, communication skills, detail-oriented and meticulous.
- Possess knowledge of Singapore Labour Laws / Employment Act is an advantage.
- A good team player and able to work under tight timelines.
- Meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to company policies.
- Have a well-groomed and professional appearance.
