  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities and Key performance indicators

  • As a Lead Consultant, manage, operate and delivery of Cloud Infrastructure services
  • Work as SDM and involve in design, architectural reviews.
  • Responsible for enhancements and projects in cloud infrastructure support from initiation to implementation.
  • Involve in client interactions and reporting on the project/BAU activities
  • Ensure full compliance with all SLAs, metrics, IT policies and audit requirements.
  • Responsible for working on projects of the following technologies: AWS cloud, AD/Azure AD, Windows/Linux, SQL server, Rubrik Backup.
  • Participate in planning, design, preparation, implementation and operation of projects and working with various internal and external stakeholders
  • Client interaction and managing the SLA, metrics and escalations
  • Involve in major/priority incidents and drive it to closure

Requirements:

  • Degree in IT or engineering related field.
  • Min 15 years of experience.
  • Mandatory Technical skills; Enterprise cloud experience using AWS cloud and Cloud Infra structure support and management, AD/Azure AD, OS-Windows, Linux, Backup Technologies (Rubrik), Vmware.
  • Domain expertise in Financial/Banking Institution/ Investment Banking, will be advantageous.
