We are looking for an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of enterprise-level solutions in OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) or IBM Cloud Pak for Data (CP4D) environments. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of storage fusion technology and data governance principles, coupled with proven experience in delivery management. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring timely and successful implementation of solutions that meet the clients' technical and business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Project Delivery: Lead and manage technical projects related to OCP/IBM CP4D, from planning through implementation and maintenance, ensuring milestones are met.Solution Architecture: Provide technical guidance and ensure solutions align with best practices for OCP/IBM CP4D, storage fusion, and data governance.Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope, expectations, and ensure alignment with business goals.Team Leadership: Manage cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and other IT professionals, ensuring high levels of performance and collaboration.Risk Management: Identify, mitigate, and manage risks to ensure successful project delivery within budget and time constraints.Performance Monitoring: Oversee performance metrics to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are achieved.Technical Support: Provide leadership in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges during project execution.Documentation and Reporting: Ensure comprehensive project documentation, including architecture, risk logs, and progress reports.Data Governance: Work closely with governance teams to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with industry standards.
Key Skills And Experience
Expertise in OCP (OpenShift Container Platform) or IBM Cloud Pak for Data (CP4D) solutions.Experience in Storage Fusion Technology and Data Governance domains.Strong knowledge of cloud technologies, including containerization, orchestration, and data platforms.Proven experience leading complex technical projects from concept to delivery.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing time and resource allocation effectively.
