SP’s Department of Planning, Organisation Development & Sustainability (PODS) drives whole-of-organisation strategic planning, and is responsible for resource allocation, organisational transformation and culture change.

You will report to the Assistant Director (Resource Planning). As part of the resourcing team within PODS, you will work closely with senior management to ensure prudent, effective and efficient utilisation of manpower and financial resources to achieve the organisation’s mission and goals.

Responsibilities:-

  • Conduct data analysis, focusing on actionable insights to inform resourcing policy decisions
  • Develop and implement resourcing policies and processes, in collaboration with senior management and business unit stakeholders
  • Oversee annual work planning and resource allocation cycle, to ensure coordination between various business units and effective organisation-level prioritisation
  • Continually refine policies and processes to drive a culture of learning and continuous improvement across the organisation


Requirements:-

  • Experience in data management and data wrangling, to effectively steward multiple large datasets
  • Experience in data visualisation and dashboard development, to effectively organise and communicate data insights to different stakeholders
  • Strong project management and time management, able to manage multiple concurrent work streams and work effectively under time pressure
  • Good interpersonal skills, able to work effectively in teams and with multiple different stakeholders across the organisation
  • Relevant past experience in manpower planning and/or corporate planning, particularly in medium to large organisations, will be an advantage


Successful applicant will be offered a 2-year contract in the first instance.
