What The Role Is

You lead the development of the Republic of Singapore Navy (RSN)'s media engagement and social media engagement strategies to establish RSN as a credible and capable force.

What You Will Be Working On

You oversee RSN's public and community engagement strategy to enhance National Education and public advocacy efforts. You also lead the execution of RSN's public communication plans in support of RSN's annual strategic communications plans. In addition, you evaluate overall effectiveness and efficacy of engagement and advocacy efforts via campaign analysis. Your challenges lie in balancing creative outcomes with information security and operational security concerns, managing diverse demands in a dynamic media landscape, building connections with internal and external stakeholders, and identifying opportune moments to capitalise on current trends.

What We Are Looking For

You must have a tertiary qualification in Media or Communications-related field. You should preferably possess at least 10 to 12 years' prior experience in public communications, advertising or marketing communications. You should also have experience working with the larger media and communications industry, and be updated with industry developments and best practices.
