We’re seeking a motivated and organized Personal Assistant (PA) Intern to provide vital support to our company Director. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and learn the intricacies of managing business operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with daily administrative tasks such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Help organize and prepare for meetings by drafting agendas, taking minutes, and tracking follow-up tasks.
- Handle confidential documents, ensuring they remain secure and organized.
- Coordinate communications between executives and internal/external stakeholders, including emails, phone calls, and messages.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as requested.
- Manage and prioritize tasks efficiently, ensuring that deadlines are met.
- Assist with special projects, events, and ad hoc tasks as needed.
- Help with office organization, ensuring executives have the necessary resources for meetings and tasks.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- A proactive approach with problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with a variety of personalities and professional levels.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
