  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of Delivery, you play an integral role in leading a study on the current systems for KYC/CDD and Transaction Filtering and Transaction monitoring systems before leading an RFP on a new vendor and system integrator. Following that you will leading the techno-functional KYC/CDD system transformation. Working in a respectful environment, you are responsible for the overall delivery and migration of Tech and Ops platforms in the region. You provide technical and thought leadership to ensure successful implementation of the platforms as part of a transformation program of the bank. As a people manager, you constantly strive to build up capabilities in the team, ensuring highest standards of methodologies, tools and skills to delivery excellence.

Requirements

Degree qualified, you have minimum 12-20 years of experience in technical delivery in the financial services industry including techno-functional requirement specifications and some in house experience in a bank. You know the IT vendor market for either KYC/CDD/Transaction Filtering/Transaction monitoring systems. You have proven experience in a transformation covering Compliance Technology domain in Banking. You have a technical backround, perhaps a software engineering degree or early career, strong understanding of waterfall and agile delivery. You possess strong communications skills and can work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
