Job Description
- Support the project to ensure prompt delivery and implementation with quality.
- Participate in discussions with stakeholders and may propose solutions that will meet business objectives and document the solutions and business rules into the Business Requirement.
- Collaborate with the stakeholders and team leads so that the agreed project timeline will not be impacted.
- Translate the business requirements into test scenarios, conditions and expected results for user acceptance testing.
- Accountable for the execution of user acceptance testing and results are updated with proper documentation.
- Track and monitor the outstanding defects and work with Information Technology in resolving the tickets promptly and within the agreed timeline.
- Arrange & lead checkpoint discussions on defects with Information Technology, where needed.
- Prepare training guides & train the stakeholders.
- Perform post deployment verification of the system after implementation.

- Knowledge in the insurance industry is advantageous.
- Diploma / Degree or equivalent or equivalent professional qualifications
