The Role

Contract role up to 31 Dec 2024

Trade Marketing

  • Monthly Campaign and weekly promotion support and coordination
  • Catalogue check, campaign and promotions POSM support
  • Brief creative agency on in-store POSMs and social media post requirements for new store openings

Brand Marketing

  • Support Brand Marketing Manager in driving O2O synergy to enhance brand awareness, engage customers, and drive sales.

Brand Communication & Public Relations

  • Assist in brand activations across strategic internal (DFI, Guardian, brands) and external (Public Relation, media outreach, events, KOLs and strategic brand partnerships) communication to drive brand equity and elevate key campaign narratives, in collaboration with internal teams to achieve brand objectives
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop creative assets, marketing materials, and promotional strategies.
  • Drive in-store activations to highlight campaign narratives across health & beauty and delight consumers creatively, such as during Mother’s Day, International Women’s Day, Christmas and more.
  • Collaborate with strategic brands on joint marketing activations, across beauty, personal care and healthcare categories.
  • Execute Public Relation events or media launches across the year

Social Media

  • Conceptualize and produce engaging and viral always-on social videos by leveraging on popular trends
  • Drive visibility of thematic, tactical and Guardian product launches through paid & organic social content on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram and Youtube
  • Support on-ground activations for coverage on new store openings, OOH or in-store activations and tactical promotions.

Influencer Management

  • Assist in Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) activations for thematic, tactical and Guardian new product launches
  • Ideate new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns and support on execution of campaigns through product & KOL selection and delivery
  • Partner with agencies to drive KOL strategy and execution with clear content briefs for influencer engagements with clear deliverables.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) & Sustainability

  • Supports and executes all CSR related activities, initiatives and campaigns
  • Execute sustainability campaigns to elevate brand equity

Requirements

  • 34 working hours in a week - 4 full days of 7.5hr (Excluding 1hour meal break) and 1 half day 4hr (no break) / Weekend off
  • Passionate about social media and content creation
  • Interest in integrated/ digital marketing, communications, social media and Public Relations
