This is a 8-month contract role based onsite in Singapore with a US MNC tech giant.

Responsibilities:

  • Become an expert in the social media platform solutions for businesses of all sizes and tailor recommendations strategically to suit varying client needs
  • Work with clients to improve the performance of their overall campaigns
  • Align clients KPIs with the social media platform solutions to drive incremental value
  • Grow revenue, educate and lead strategic conversations with clients
  • Demonstrate expertise in all matters relevant to your book of business, including escalation and troubleshooting to resolve client issues

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 5+ years of experience in account management, performance marketing, digital marketing, media agency, sales or consulting
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experiences
  • Manage clients whose usual business language is English and Mandarin.
  • Strong problem solving and quantitative analytical skills
  • Ability to influence C levels and build effective relationships
  • Knowledge of the media landscape of Malaysia/Southeast Asia (bonus) is essential. Knowledge of digital media is a bonus.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage tasks within a fast-paced environment while maintaining strict attention to detail
  • Goals driven, ability to transform traditional businesses to unlock incremental growth
