• Position Title: Sales Admin cum Training Coordinator
• Working Location: Ang Mo Kio
• Working Hours: 5 Days, Mon – Fri (9 am - 6 pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Arrange in-house training sessions, including preparing and sending out certificates and training materials, ensuring all participants attend their scheduled sessions.
• Coordinate and assist in the planning of WSQ courses.
• Oversee safety personnel, which includes drafting contracts, gathering timesheets, and calculating payroll.
• Recruit staff for ad-hoc assignments as needed.
• Source and liaise with vendors and consultants for various projects.
• Identify and coordinate training centers, ensuring smooth arrangements for participants.
• Prepare and issue invoices and quotations.
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and quotations when necessary.
• Track tender portals, compile necessary documents, and submit tenders accordingly.
• Any other tasks assigned by the manager.

• Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent.
• Good communication and organization skills.
• Competent with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Proficient in English spoken and written, to liaise with English speaking counterparts.
