Job Description

  • Industry/ Organization Type: Apparel Retailer
  • Position Title: Retail Assistant/Associate
  • Working Location: Central (Closest MRT – City Hall)
  • Working Hours: 5 days, Monday to Friday, 11 am – 8 pm
  • Salary Package: Up to $2300 + OT + Performance Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Address customer inquiries regarding products, promotions, and store policies.
  • Actively listen to customer needs and provide product recommendations or alternatives to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Handle customer purchases, returns, or exchanges in compliance with store policies.
  • Monitor stock levels and report any shortages or excesses, ensuring popular items are well-stocked.
  • Ensure products are neatly arranged and replenish shelves or displays as needed.
