Join our team as a Data Analyst at DP World and play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights. You'll analyze and present data clearly to guide business decisions, work with APAC teams to address data gaps, and develop impactful solutions. Your expertise in data visualization, accuracy, and security will be vital. You'll also manage the Regional Data Space and provide training on data tools. This is your chance to drive business improvements and collaborate across regions.

Key Accountabilities

  • Create and manage dashboards for regional Business Units (BUs) and ensure they meet the needs of stakeholders.
  • Provide training to stakeholders on how to effectively use dashboards and data tools.
  • Collaborate with the Global Data team to tailor data models for APAC needs, using Python and SQL in Databricks.
  • Liaise with Global Data, Product, and Cluster IT teams to ensure smooth data operations and integration.
  • Oversee development of gold layer data models and liaise with countries to ensure data quality and the logic.
  • Ensure that data solutions align with both global and regional data strategies and standards.
  • Maintain high standards of data quality, security, and compliance across regional teams, adhering to global data integrity standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in dashboards and data models, implementing sustainable solutions for data-related challenges.
  • Document process changes and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience with Databricks is a must.
  • Over 3 years in a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence, or Business Analyst role.
  • Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams across different regions.
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Experience with data migration projects.
  • Proficiency in Python, R, and Spark SQL for data analysis and modeling.
  • Strong skills in data cleaning, preprocessing, and ETL processes for integrating data from various sources.
  • Familiarity with data modeling (gold layer) and data lake development (Databricks).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of Terminal Operating Systems (TOS) is plus.
