  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Compliance Officer (Trade Surveillance, Up to $5K + AWS + Bonuses)

This person will be responsible for monitoring adherence to financial regulations, identifying and mitigating compliance risks, and developing and implementing internal controls.

Responsibilities:

  • Transaction Monitoring: Assess historical/current customer information and interactions to provide a complete picture of customer activity. This can include transfers, deposits, and withdrawals.
  • Name screening, Know Your Client (KYC) reviews, and documentation review.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate compliance risks.
  • Investigate potential compliance issues and recommend corrective actions.
  • Ensure proper communication of compliance matters to all internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in financial services compliance.
  • Strong English & Chinese communication skills.
