We are currently working with a Leading Global Asset Management Firm. They are looking to hire an Product Marketing Associate (12 Month Contract) to be apart of their team in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

Fund Collateral Management

  • Participate in production calls with external publishing teams to ensure the timely delivery of factsheets and Monthly/Quarterly Performance Reviews for various channels (Retail, Wholesale, Professional, etc.).
  • Update internal data gathering portals with corporate action changes to ensure downstream accuracy in factsheets.
  • Conduct sample audit checks of retail and professional factsheets, as well as monthly/quarterly reports (MPRs/QPRs).
  • Deliver monthly reports on dividend composition for multiple fund ranges, ensuring data adequacy from accounting and custodial teams.
  • Collaborate with external vendors for typesetting and proofreading of monthly dividend reports and manage the communication/uploading of finalized reports to Sales.
  • Handle the communication and uploading of regulatory fund reports to the public website.
  • Participate in product delivery meetings, coordinating the dissemination of regulatory materials (Product Prospectus, PHSs) and corporate action notices in response to upstream changes.

Sales Materials Support

  • Partner with Sales to craft messaging narratives and value propositions for focus funds.
  • Customize standard investment product presentations into tailored sales decks for distribution across regions.
  • Liaise with Investment Directing teams and utilize financial tools like Bloomberg to gather and repurpose investment information for sales presentations.
  • Coordinate compliance clearance for sales materials and manage follow-up changes as needed.
  • Oversee the version control and compliance process for various fund materials, including intermediary versions, sales decks, and placemats.
  • Manage the uploading of sales materials to external aggregator sites and liaise with translation services as required.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Strong numerical aptitude with a passion for data analysis.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage projects, collaborate across multiple teams, and work under tight deadlines.
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in a product management role or a similar position within financial services, preferably asset management.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and remain composed under pressure.
  • Proactive and able to anticipate and manage downstream impacts from upstream events.
  • Independent and self-motivated, with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Solid understanding of the funds management industry, including product features, regulatory requirements, and competitive landscape.
