• · To do a video call test with sleeping region

  · Test presentation and audio

  · Ensure WebEx & Teams dial in is working for Telepresence equipment.

  · Ensure cables are not messy.

  · Ensure cisco table microphones are working if any.

  · Check laptop chargers.

  · Update Daily report

• · Test all the microphones and battery level

  · Test presentation on projector

  · Test audio.

  · Check lightings and blinds

  · Test AMX/Shure touch panel functions

  · Keep microphones and switch off projector before reporting off duty.

  · Test in-room dialer.

  · Ensure room sensor is working

  · Test presentation and audio

  · Check laptop charger

  · Tidy cables if untidy

  · Ensure room sensor is working

• Assist user to upload video for BU TVs
• ·Ensure latest video are playing on Digital Screens
• Help out iwth the set up, Daily report and FM Service Team Meetings, Service calls/email request, Meeting support (Meeting room and VCR)
• Check, and close corrigo tickets once job is completed.
