  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Senior Quality Manager - Renewable Energy Projects

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage quality-related stakeholders in the project.
  • Serve as the point of contact for quality-related matters.
  • Lead and manage a multidisciplinary quality team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential challenges and issues, and implement mitigation action steps to ensure quality success.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and coordinate regular project updates and reports on quality issues.
  • Oversee issue management activities, including supporting suppliers to prevent future issues.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance project delivery processes and optimize resource allocation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale energy projects, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in quality management, with at least 3 years in a quality manager role overseeing delivery of complex projects.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate complex organizational structures.
  • Oversee technical risk assessments and mitigation strategies to minimize project risks and maximize performance outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of renewable energy industry, construction and operations.
  • Good communication skills in English. Chinese language skills would be a plus.
