  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position Purpose

To act as a project manager and business analyst in the projects primarily related to reconciliation system of Wealth Management activity in Europe and in Asia.

Direct Responsibilities

  • Analyze new requirements coming in the domain with all stakeholders involved in order to propose to the organization the best way to deliver appropriate solutions
  • Lead the elaboration of a functional solution with business stakeholders and concerned IT teams
  • Lead, with the support of technical teams, the definition of the solution and the implementation roadmap
  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal third-parties to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: Functional requirements, General Functional Specifications (GFS), Use Cases, Screen and Interface designs, etc.
  • Organize and run dedicated committees (steering committees, project committees, etc)
  • Identify and report on project risks, attention points and issues to follow-up
  • Plan the migration strategy and change management activities related to the project
  • Coordinate, supervise and contribute to Users Acceptance Tests (UAT)
  • Manage all the decision-making and analysis process allowing to design, validate the solution, and get the necessary approvals in terms of architecture, IT risk and IT Security, budget and capacity planning.
  • Coordinate the implementation from a project management perspective and ensure the WMIS Project governance is applied at each step
  • Be the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams.
  • Ensure the good relationship with business sponsors and stakeholders on each location

Contributing Responsibilities

  • To contribute to other projects related to core banking activities.

Profile

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of experience in Banking Industry, as a Project Manager and/or as Business Analyst
  • Strong working knowledge of Intellimatch (Reconciliation system)
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written.
  • Strong proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio
  • Familiar with project management tools as well as issue and release management, production and support (JIRA, Service Now, PPM tools, etc)
