Senior Algorithm Engineer

About the role:

We are looking for a skilled algorithm engineer to enhance recommendation models at various stages, focusing on optimizing customer experience and retention. The ideal candidate will leverage advanced techniques in deep learning in a commercial context.

Responsibilities:

  • Enhance models and strategies across various stages, including recall and ranking, to optimize customer experience in recommendations.
  • Apply cutting-edge techniques to refine deep conversion models, significantly improving accuracy for key metrics
  • Familiarity with strategies in targeting, bidding, and advertising mechanisms is essential, focusing on enhancing customer experience and commercial efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Solid background in data structures, statistical analysis, and probability theory; strong coding skills in Python, C++, or Go are preferred.
  • Robust theoretical understanding of machine learning and deep learning, with proficiency in at least one major deep learning framework.
  • Due to daily interactions with Chinese stakeholders and team, proficiency in chinese is required
