Our young, dynamic and growing organisation needs your talent! We are looking for a strategic thinker with strong background in operations management, project management and growth leadership. We seek someone motivated, attentive to details, willing to develop technical expertise in waste management and packaging sustainability, and not afraid to go dumpster diving with us! At Zero Waste City, you will get an opportunity to apply your knowledge of solid waste treatment and circular economy while helping companies to achieve their Zero Waste targets and comply with local regulations.

Zero Waste City (ZWC)

Why Zero Waste: because for every 1 tonne of material wasted, there was about 71 tonnes of industrial waste generated before the material reached its final destination. Therefore, looking at waste is greatly impactful for environmental preservation as well as for commercial cost savings. These two happen to be symbiotic in nature. We at ZWC believe that better management of waste is the key to strengthen local communities, build a healthier environment and unlock the true potential of a business’ supply chain.

Who are we: We are a boutique engineering firm offering advisory services towards Zero Waste across APAC. We focus on material resource use optimisation, including sustainable packaging, for commercial and industrial facilities.

Our Services include waste audit, training, regulatory compliance, and guidance towards international zero waste certification.

Our Vision: to drive and support all major corporations operating within South East Asia towards committing to a Zero Waste target by 2050.

Our Values:

  • Quality: At all times, we must ensure the best quality of our advice
  • Transparency: All statements made must be verifiable
  • Integrity: We must always be honest about what we know and what we don’t know
  • Respect: Treat everyone within and outside of the business with respect
