Position Overview:

We're seeking a proactive and results-driven Customer Engagement Specialist to provide exceptional customer service, guide customers through document submissions, and schedule appointments to ensure a seamless experience.



Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary contact for document collection, assisting customers through submissions process or scheduling visits to our outlet.
Respond promptly to inquiries via calls, email, and chat, resolving questions about our products and services.
No cold calling required; all outbound calls are directed to existing customers or prospects who have expressed interest in our services.
Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities as needed.
Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions for seamless service delivery.
Deliver exceptional customer service and achieve departmental goals through effective sales tactics in a dynamic environment.

Requirements:

Proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential.
No prior experience necessary; comprehensive training provided.
Previous experience in telemarketing, call center, or related fields is advantageous.
Exceptional communication skills with a confident and persuasive phone manner.
Outstanding interpersonal skills, capable of quickly building rapport with diverse individuals.
Proven track record of exceeding goals in a fast-paced environment.
Strong team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
Proficiency in basic Google Sheets and Excel preferred.
Two rotating shifts: 10 am - 7.30 pm and 10.45 am - 8.15 pm.
Five-day workweek: Monday to Saturday, with Sunday and one additional off day during the week.
